Garbage Collection
"Municipality of Bongabong involves systematic and gradual reduction of waste disposed at the disposed site through strict implementation of waste segregation at source, promote waste reduction, reuse, recycling, backyard composting and gardening and install the value of ecological waste management for its people to be improved."
Solid waste management is a major function of the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office. The garbage collection team collects solid wastes from eight (8) barangays of the municipality, namely: Poblacion, Aplaya, Bagong Bayan I, Bagong Bayan II, Ipil, Malitbog, Labasan and San Isidro. Waste collected are disposed to the Material Recovery Facility located at Barangay Sagana.
