History
"Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO ) was created and established in adherence to the mandates of R.A. 10121 otherwise known as “Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act of 2010”. The position of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer was created by virtue of Appropriation Ordinance No. 1 Series of 2015."

“To logically balance the hazard protected habitat, the MDRRM office of Bongabong is prepared and ready for the maximum safety of lives and properties, to lessen effects of man-made and natural disasters, and the uncertainty of future calamities considering the effects of climate change and global warming”.
