Mandate
"The Municipal Assessor’s Office establishes a systematic method of real property assessment with functional and updated tax mapping system, standardized property identification system and accurate certified copies of assessment records of all real properties ensuring that all laws and policies governing the appraisal and assessment of real properties for taxation purposes are properly executed. The office also conducts frequent physical surveys to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of real property records thus providing quality service to taxpayers resulting in increase in tax revenue collection of the municipality."

"Our vision is to perform the duties of appraisal and assessment of real property for efficient and economical governance and become one of the main sources of local revenue for the Municipality of Bongabong through efficient Real Property collection system."
